Healthy Relationships is an innovative digital course that uses evidence-based strategies to educate students on how to cultivate and maintain healthy relationships during their critical middle schools years.
Healthy Relationships is comprised of six modules that cover key concepts around positive character development, social-emotional learning (SEL), and building healthy relationships. This is an example of how middle school students can demonstrate thier knowledge of the F.I.T.T formula. They can create examples in class and then write them down on a card. The teacher will then collect the cards and distribute to groups on another day and the groups can decide if they activites meet the the F.I.T.T formula and provide feedback to the other groups.
This is a reflection sheet used with 4th and 5th grade students after they have completed their fitness testing in the Fall.
