Students will be demonstrating knowledge of the 4 P's of marketing through the design of a grilled cheese food truck. Kids love this project, and it is a great collaboration piece with Family and Consumer Science. In fact, invite your FACS to judge! Students will name and design a food truck, describe their food product and serve it to the judges, identify the pricing using the real numbers from the taste test prior to the presentation, determine the place the food truck will park, and design promotions. Students typically present to a panel of local business partners.
