This resource is meant to be used in parallel with Instruction Partner Curriculum Support Guide.  The guidance is the 4K High Quality Instructional Materials includes additional questions and considerations to guide teams in the process of selection high quality instructional materials for 4K students.  The guide includes learning and evidence based resources to allow district and building leadership teams have the tools necessary to lead their teams in adopting resources that include best practices for 4K math instruction. 

This instructional coaching observation and discussion template helps create a structured approach to capture detailed notes and facilitate productive coaching conversations with teachers.  It includes space to capture observations, along with space to capture notes from the post-observation reflection conversation.

This roadtrip-themed presentation can be used to help school leaders guide their staff through the process of developing a continuous improvement work plan, aligned to EL's Three Dimensions of Student Achievement. This presentation covers two dimensions: Mastery of Knowledge and Skills and Character. This could be done over the course of one or two days, depending on the time you have available.
