CITSC, CESA Instructional Technology Services Committee (Council), is comprised of digital learning consultants and directors of all 12 CESAs (Cooperative Educational Service Agencies) in Wisconsin. Content created, curated, and ultimately contributed by this group is intended for the use by CESAs for professional learning opportunities that promote, enhance digital learning proficiencies for Wisconsin educators.
