    This resource guides leadership teams into self-assessing their instructional leadership.

    Description:

    Based on evidence, teams rate instructional leadership practices in 10 aspects:  Vision, Practices, Evaluation, Professional Development, Feedback, Data, Cultural Responsiveness, Coaching, and Technology.  A summary provides opportunities to analyze findings and determine future actions for improvement planning.

    Purpose:

    This resource guides leadership teams into studying and reflecting about systems for an equitable multi-level system of support.

    Description:

    Based on their own background and knowledge of their school system, leadership teams collaboratively study, discuss, reflect and note evidence for the 11 defining elements of an equitable multi-level system of support (EMLSS):  Equity,  High-Quality Instruction, Strategic Use of Data, Collaboration, Family and Community Engagement, Strong Universal Level of Support, Systemic Implementation, Strong, Shared Leadership, Positive Culture and Evidence-Based Practices.  This team self-reflection tool is based on the DPI Framework for Equitable  Multi-Level Systems of Supports.
