I'm Carrie Nelson. I'm a librarian at UW-Madison and have been working to get affordable course content into the hands of learners for over ten years. My knowledge and experiences relate primarily to copyright, fair use, and library-licensed course content. I've learned from my colleagues in the open educational community how open and customizable content can improve learning outcomes overall.
