After a brief (middle school level) discussion on steps of a sale, middle school students bring in any product from home to "sell". To prepare to sell their item, they fill out the attached document. They study it, practice with peers of their choice, and then officially present to an assigned peer. The customer/peer evaluates the "seller" in a simplistic, middle school friendly rubric on the last page.
