This is a one day activity where students can research trends and fads within the retail industry. Students will choose a product that has gone through the stages of product life cycle and highlight how the business made decisions in price, production, and promotion.

Project can be used to teach within a branding unit or can be an assessment at the end of a chapter/unit.  Emphasis can be on co-branding, package redesign, or re-branding an established product to appear new again.  Both the project requirements & rubric (checklist) are attached.Great for block scheduling.  Have had students evaluate best package and design to incorporate peer evalation.*See Resource Library for attachments.*
