This is a lesson that gives students the opportunity to dive in and understand the different components of the FFA Creed. The students will have the opportunity to create something that is representative of the FFA Creed.
Learning Goals
Students will create a project of their choice that is representative of the FFA Creed principles.
Students will be able to describe in their own words the value of the FFA Creed.
Here is an FFA Creed Lesson that has varying components to it. The Lesson Plan document gives step by step for the lesson but the following is an outline for this lesson:
Follow the PowerPoint to give students background information on the FFA Creed
Read through the FFA Creed together as a class
Give the students time to go through and read the FFA Creed independently
Students should mark up and highlight the parts of the FFA Creed that stand out to them; follow the mark up example document that is attached here
The students will then create a project that is representative of the FFA Creed. Students have the freedom to do what they want with the project but it must be connected to the FFA Creed and approved by the instructor prior to starting.
