This is a group of activities and tasks to aid students in the classification of quadrilaterals.  

Students can have an interactive activity with Quadrilateral Classification Practice. They can log in with Google and their progress will continue to be tracked.

This activity is also interactive and allows students to manipulate points and lines on a coordinate plane to practice making different quadrilaterals.  This allows students to see the connection between the different quadrilaterals and polygons.

The Quadrilateral Classification Activity has a real world element.  Students categorize quadrilaterals based on sides and angles. Identify them visually, and by description. Students look around their environment and find quadrilaterals.  They find lengths and angles, determine shapes, and prove congruence and if lines are parallel.
