The Wisconsin Resource Center for Charter Schools - WRCCS (“works”) - is a statewide center housed within CESA 9. WRCCS is fully funded by the Wisconsin Charter Schools Program (WCSP), which is fully financed by a $95 million dollar federal grant from the U.S. Department of Education to strengthen the charter school system in the state and improve student learning. The majority of the federal grant primarily seeks to build, expand, and replicate charter schools through subgrants of the Wisconsin Charter Schools Program at DPI.
Our office serves as the point of contact to provide technical assistance to individuals or organizations around charter school development. All of our resources are available to all charter and non-charter schools.
