Use this group to share SketchUp resources with other educators within the state. SketchUp is a 2D and 3D modeling program used for design in architecture, commercial interior, construction, home design, landscape architecture, 3D printing, residential construction, urban planning, woodworking, or any modeling needs. It is great for courses in STEM, non-STEM courses such as history and art, and career technical education.

SketchUp is available for free to Wisconsin's public school by the following program SketchUp Pro K-12 Statewide License Grant. This grant excludes private and religious schools - a rule set up by Trimble SketchUp and not DPI. Private and religious educational institutions are eligible for educational discounts via a reseller.

The Instructional Technology Services team at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction is the administrator of this license grant program.

The newest version of SketchUp in this grant program is 2019.
IP whitelisting is required to prevent software theft.
SketchUp is available for teaching and learning. Excludes facilities management.
