Materials:
1. List of 7 or 8 local businesses that have physical labor as part of the employment. Put them on notecards so students can choose one. (ie KI, Aarowcast, Red Rooster, World Wide Signs, Morton Builders, Knope Heating and Cooling, Tweet Garot, Bonduel School District)
2. Computer for research

Assessment: Group Activity Rubric
Wrap-Up: Students will vote on which explanation and warmup was the best.
Extension Activity (for intervention or enrichment): Have the HR Department from KI Bonduel to discuss why they use pre-work warmups and the research supporting this. Students could research information on why companies are using work readiness warmups and their results.
