As a project of the WISELearn resource network, “Root Cause Hubs” will be portals that house curated selections of resources for the support of educators participating in the Continuous Improvement process. Each theme corresponds to the Continuous Improvement components outlined in Wisconsin’s Framework for Equitable Multi-level Systems of Support (MLSS). The overarching aim for this trove of resources is for school and community-based educators to use the Root Cause Hubs to guide decisions towards equitable and high-quality learning opportunities for youth. Of particular focus is the engagement of schools with the Root Cause Hubs when identifying continuous improvement strategies to meet ESSA requirements. This document gives an overview of the Root Cause Hubs.
